About Baron Etienne Fevre de Dion...
Baron Etienne Fevre de Dion has been sat down at the keyboard under
threat of abuse to write his history. Paul will pay... Anyhow Etienne
was born in Dion, France in 1451. The younger son of a petty noble,
there was little chance of his older,and evil brother dying off early
enough to ensure an income so he had to travel to Paris and then Antwerp
for an education. Developing an interest in languages and law he made
a poor living as a clerk until the chance came to join the Drachenwald
civil service as a seneschal. Since then he has worked towards world
domination on a regular basis. Surely success is only a small step away.
