18.00 – Set up
19.30 – A food order will be submitted to local takeaways (Indian and Chinese)  - usually takes about 30 minutes. Orders for this must be received before 7.20!!
21.00 – 22.00/22.30 – Dancing (possibly a class)
22.30 – Period Games of Chance and  Skill

Saturday
9.00 – Wake-up call and breakfast (Self Catered – the hot counter in the Village Centra is open from about 9.15 and the kitchen in the Hof can be used )
10.00 – 12.00 – Archery and Fencing Practices
12.00 – 13.00 Dancing
13.00-14.00 Lunch (Provided. Food donations always welcome)
14.00 – 16.00 Archery and Fencing Competitions
16.00 – 17.00 Dancing
17.00- 17.30 – Break/snack/rest/armouring up time
17.30 – 18.30 – Heavy Tourney
18.30 – 19.30 – Dancing
19.30 –20.00 – Preparation for Feast
20.00 -21.30 – Feast (Provided, again all food contributions welcome)
 21.00-A&S Show and Tell (during feast)
21.30 -22.00 – Clean up of hall
22.00 – until interest wanes – Bardic Circle
Remainder of evening – Period games of Chance and Skill

NOTE – during the day an A&S display will take place in the upstairs of the Coachhouse. People are free to contribute to this and view it throughout the day.
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE – this area is off-limits to children unless closely supervised.

Sunday
9.30 – 10.30 Wake-up call and Breakfast (again self catered)
10.30 -11.30 - Dancing (dependent on interest and availability of willing teachers)
12.00 onwards – Fencing and Heavy practices. Archery may take place but is subject to weather and availability of marshals)
15.00 – Site clean up
16.00- Site Closes
